Good morning y’all! Take advantage of the warm weather today cause looks like by Saturday it may be quite the cool one. Maybe a sleeve will actually feel comfortable! Don’t forget the Fall Festival this coming weekend starting Friday after 5 down at the Depot with some music I believe. That should be a good kick-off. Then Saturday a parade at 11:00 and lots of venders and music on the streets. So make some plans to come enjoy that.
We would like to update you on the funeral arrangements for Shaun Melton. Funeral service is at 4:00 on Thursday at Norton Funeral Home Chapel with visitation beginning at 3:00. The full obituary can be read on Norton Funeral Home website. Please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers during this time.
Remember it’s Wednesday and the shop is closed today but we will be back tomorrow 9:00. Hope you have a great day and we look forward to seeing you soon!

Good morning! It’s another beautiful day out today! I’m feeling more like myself being back at work! There is just SO much to do! Yesterday we got our beloved scarecrow “Petunia” up on the street. Ours is the one right outside our door! I think she is quite the show girl! Hopefully the City will add us to the list of ones to be voted on and I’m not real sure how it works but give us a shout on there!
Shortly after the festival weekend- we will be working on Christmas. Which means we are gonna be very busy coming up. Getting the shop into shape along side booking engagements. If you haven’t thought about it much lately- well it’s time to get yourself organized and let me know what you need! I am currently taking orders for fresh Christmas wreaths, whether it be a business or for your own personal enjoyment. I am still booking for Christmas home and business decorating- please get your name on the book quick! Need me to decorate your tree? I am happy to make your place a beautiful Christmas place you will enjoy! It’s almost time to order poinsettias as well. (More about that later) we will be having a Christmas open house as well! So lots of plans and fun things coming! Get your list together and let’s talk!

Ok y’all! Meet Petunia! She is all decked out for the fall and we need your vote! I’m not sure how you can vote as we are not on the official city page but hopefully they will add us so we can have a fair chance at the prize! We hope you love her and will honk if you go by! Funeral service will be held on Monday at 3:00 at Faith Baptist Church on Lee State Park Road with visiting time one hour prior to the service at the church. Good morning y’all! Well it’s Friday and it looks like we might be having some wet weather coming. Feeling some thankful (although I’m going crazy cause it’s not done) that I don’t have my personal fall decor outside done or our scarecrow up in town. I’m afraid that those loose flowers and things may be flying around so maybe you want to anchor some stuff down today to get ready for that. Hopefully it will only be some of the much needed rain.
The shop is open today 9-5. The girls are working hard to take care of everything during my absence so please be good to them.
