I don't know why I felt a little spicy today. Just finished making "Maple Jalapeno" fudge with nuts, it will be on the ready-table Monday! If you're feeling a spicy just ask for some.

Each year “Idaho gives” is a program that calls on all Idahoans’ to help support local charities. You’re probably very aware that I’am extremely supportive of the Bingham County Senior Center. The program ends after today. As of today, the senior center has only raised $725. You may want to take a look at the Idaho gives website.

Yesterday I had a friend come in and ask me to make a batch of sugar free fudge, I just put it our this morning. Also I put out the Easter Bunnies and Egg!

My Grandfather was born on St Patrick's Day, 1886. He was a wonderful man and I love him! When he passed I remember going through all of the St Patrick's Day birthday cards he received over the years. Today I am Irish. Have a great day! "May the road rises to meet you, may the wind always be at your back, and may you be safely held until we meeting again".
