📣 SPIRIT UPDATE:
Please initial or leave emoji after you read. And please help tag everyone you know of that needs to see this update (fb has been terrible and not showing our posts)

Hey yall 👋 🫶🫶

I wanted to let you guys know- I am sorry to be behind on some messages on my personal Facebook and business msgs, and some emails.

To be honest with yall- it's been hard to keep up with so many messages and order update questions on Spirit- (not complaining- I know they're running behind; and I want to keep yall informed and answer your questions ❤️ )

As many of you know, - I also work full time at another job in addition to my small business 🤸‍♀️
I recently had a major medical issue occur at work and had to go to the ER. I have still been having some complications related to that- and I've been even slower at keeping up with everything. I'm sorry for that- I don't want to just leave yall hanging and waiting on a response. I wanted to check in with yall and let you know: I'm here... just a little extra struggly 🫠

🧐 Sooo.....
I know we are ALL very excited to get the last of our Spirit here- AND we are now •expecting it all within the next week•! PTL 🙌

I love you guys and appreciate yall so so so much!

Kirsten❤️

👋 Hey guys,
Please initial and tag anyone else you know needs to see this also please 💞

I am working to catch back up on messages- but there's a lot to still go through from the last 5 days.

So- I thought to streamline some info I'll do an update post while I'm responding individually also.

I've been busy with lots of behind the scenes action- as per usual 🙃 We have a few different Big orders I've been communicating daily with the factories for updates.

●Jersey Update:
This will be all football jerseys: Kid and Adult, and all counties and GA, plus personalized ones.
These are in the final stage of production: these are estimated to ship out to us 1/2 weeks. These will be a couple weeks behind on original eta. Seems jerseys were popular 😓

●Seersucker Spirit:
This includes all teams.
These were running so late to this point- we have extended Refunds, Exchanges, and Credits. We also offered additional credit for exchanges and credit because- good news- we sold a lot and bad news- we sold a lot. 🫣 We were devastated like many of you that we weren't able to get these here for us- but at this point "almost" everyone has been squared away on this collection.

●Spirit Shorts, Windbreakers, & Crocs:
These are about 3 weeks from shipment to us.
I know we are all very ready to get these here also- these, like jerseys- were very popular 🥳 But it's taking a little longer to get completed.

🫶 We try as best as we can to stay on top of messages: but sometimes it can get a little hectic monitoring all emails, personal Facebook messages to all of us, business page messages, and comments on posts (which often unfortunately isn't seen in a timely manner).

Of course we all are trying to balance work and family like yall are too- so we just want to say thank you for your patience ❤️

Ohhh.... and we have a new addition to our DLB Team- we will announce her very soon 😉
