🌼 September at Skinny Bones looks a little something like this.

Wildflowers in bloom. Bouquets waiting to be picked. Good food. Something fun to drink. 35+ attractions to explore. And plenty of reasons to slow down and stay awhile.

Wildflower Festival is happening all September, and there’s more to discover than just the flowers.

Wander through our wildflower field, stop for all the pictures, or cut your own bouquet to take a little piece of the farm home with you (available for an additional cost).

And keep an eye out as you explore—we’ve added wildflower-inspired photo ops throughout the farm, so there are plenty of spots to stop, snap a picture and capture a little September at Skinny Bones. 📸🌻

Wander up to the Kidz Clubhouse for free wildflower activities, along with additional crafts and activities available for purchase. You’ll also find our Wildflower Collection, festival food & drinks and little touches of Wildflower Festival throughout the farm.

And THIS WEEKEND, we’re adding a little pirate adventure to all of it. 🏴‍☠️

Pirate Training Camp with Captain Jack! Sword play, pirate adventures + pirate hats & eye patches while supplies last.

Paint your own pirate sword in the Kidz Clubhouse (additional cost).

Ahoy, mateys! The pirates are taking over Skinny Bones September 19–20, and after seeing how excited everyone is, we’re adding even more pirate fun all weekend long!

⚔️ SATURDAY • 11AM–1PM | Pirate Training Camp�Join Captain Jack and learn what it takes to become a pirate! Practice your skills with play swords, learn the ways of the pirate crew and join in on the adventure.

Pirate hats & eye patches will be handed out to our newest recruits while supplies last—first come, first served!

🎶 SATURDAY • 5–8PM | Live Music for the Crew�Stick around as Call of Conbrion takes the stage! Grab something good to eat, find a spot to relax and enjoy live music as the sun goes down.

🏴‍☠️ SUNDAY • 11AM–1PM | Pirate Training Camp RETURNS!�Captain Jack is sticking around for another day! Join the crew for more sword play, pirate training, hats & eye patches while supplies last.

Plus, spend the weekend exploring 35+ attractions, acres of wildflowers, The Black Barn, fall food and plenty more around the farm.

Pirate costumes are encouraged, so gather your crew and come make a weekend of it! 🏴‍☠️🪎

Homeschool Day is ON! 📚🎃

Grab the boots and come spend the day learning, exploring and making some fall memories around the farm.

Today, homeschooled students + one parent/guardian per family receive our special $10 admission rate per person.

Explore the corn maze, visit the animals, wander through the wildflowers, take a hayrack ride and see where the day takes you.

Cloudy skies, cooler temps and all the cozy fall vibes. 🍂

Mother Nature gave the farm a pretty good soaking overnight! 🌧️ With the amount of rain we received and some very muddy conditions around the farm, we’ve decided to remain closed today and give everything a little time to dry out.

We’ll keep an eye on the weather and conditions and keep you updated.

There’s something pretty great about a quiet weekday at Skinny Bones. ☕️🎃

Fewer crowds. No rushing. Plenty of room to explore. And on mornings like this, you might just feel like you have the farm to yourself.

Throw on the boots, grab a coffee from The Black Barn, wander through the wildflowers, explore your favorite attractions, and take a little extra time to shop around the farm.

From fall apparel and Skinny Bones favorites to local goods, sweet treats and plenty of things you probably didn’t know we had, there’s a lot to discover inside too. 👀

The farm got a good drink overnight, so expect a little mud and come enjoy Skinny Bones at a slower pace.

From one generation to the next.

On Grandparents Day, this one feels especially fitting.

Meet the newest addition to Skinny Bones - a 1951 Willys Jeep Pickup Truck that has been part of the Pane family for generations.

Neil remembers it always being at his grandparents’ house when he was growing up. After his grandfather passed away, the family decided it was time for the truck to have a new life, and we were lucky enough to become part of its next chapter.

Now it has a new home at Skinny Bones, where it’ll be the backdrop for family photos and hopefully a whole new generation of memories.

Some of the best fall memories are the ones you make with Grandma & Grandpa. 🧡

Today is National Grandparents Day, and we’re celebrating at Skinny Bones!

Bring Grandma & Grandpa along for a day at the farm and save $5 on each grandparent’s admission.
