It’s with our deepest sympathies that we share this somber news.
Many of you know Emily as the friendly face who has welcomed guests, helped lead our team, and made Vincent’s Coppertop feel like home. Unfortunately, Emily experienced an unimaginable loss of her fiancé, Ethan in a tragic accident.

Many of us have spent a great deal of our lives working alongside one another and moments like these remind us that supporting each other extends beyond the workplace. As she and her family navigate these difficult days, we’d like to do what we can to help.

This coming Monday – July 20, Vincent’s Coppertop will donate 20% of all sales to support Emily and her family. Whether you join us for lunch, dinner, or simply stop in for a drink or dessert, your visit will have a direct impact to this effort. If you’re unable to join us on Monday but would still like to help or leave some words of sympathy & encouragement, we will be accepting donations & have cards available at the restaurant, and every contribution is deeply appreciated.
