☺️One of the things I’m most grateful for with Crumb & Co. Sourdough is the way supporting one small business often means supporting several others along the way. 💗

When you shop with us, you’re not only supporting our little bakery. You’re also supporting the local businesses where we are vendors, the small businesses whose products we use in our sourdough baked goods, and so many other people right here in our community.

Today I had the pleasure of discovering one of those businesses that has been right here in Blairsville for more than 30 years — Pappy's Fudge Shop which is Pappy’s located just across from Pappy’s Trading Post.

From the outside, you would never guess how much is inside. You walk in thinking it’s a quaint little candy and gift shop, and then it just keeps going… room after room — FOUR rooms filled with unique gifts, treats, and all kinds of treasures.

And then there’s the fudge. 😍

Of course, I had to do a little “research” for myself, so I came home with Dark Chocolate Sea Salt, Pumpkin, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup, and Moonshine Apple. Every one of them is absolutely delicious — and beautiful, too.

I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner and her daughter, which made the visit even more special.

Their fudge would make such a great birthday gift, hostess gift, holiday gift… or, quite honestly, a perfectly acceptable “I bought this for myself” gift. 😂

If you’re in Blairsville, make a point to stop by Pappy’s Fudge Shop and show another long-time local small business some love.

Because every time we choose local, that support reaches farther than we sometimes realize. 💗
