Do you know what makes 56th Annual Ohio Sauerkraut Festival on October 10 & 11, 2026, and the Ohio Sauerkraut Festival - Waynesville, OH really special? All of our food booths are staffed by local non-profit organizations and many of them rely on the revenue generated by Kraut Fest lovers to stay afloat through the year. In the words of Jane Lane from the Miami #107 Order of the Eastern Star:
"I got involved in the Sauerkraut Festival and the Sauerkraut Pizza Booth through my mother and my younger sister. We are all three members of Miami Chapter #107 Order of the Eastern Star.
The Eastern Star is a fraternal organization dedicated to charity, both locally, state-wide, and nationally. Without our Sauerkraut Pizza Booth, we could not continue to support our many charities, some of which are four $1,000 scholarships to seniors at two local high schools, the Waynesville Food Pantry, and the sponsorship of a local girls' soccer team. Beyond that we also support Regenerative Medicine, Breast Cancer, Service Dogs, and Alzheimer's among several others." Do Good. Eat KRAUT!
