Congratulations to the First Congregational Church of New Baltimore, Michigan on their new Allen GX-215a recently installed there. This new, state-of-the-art organ replaces a much older Allen organ that served them well for a long time. This organ has many new features like GeniSys Voices, record and playback, 128 memory levels, just to name a few. An upcoming dedication program is planned for October 18, 2026 at 1:00pm. Richard Wolf will be performing. Hope to see you there!

Joe Balistreri played a fantastic concert on the new Allen organ at First Presbyterian of Tecumseh, Michigan on June 14, 2026! He's seen here with Philip Clark, director of music and Kristin Clark, choir director. Almost 100 people enjoyed Joe's outstanding program. They gave him 2 standing ovations! Bravo! Joe!!

Congratulations to First Presbyterian of Tecumseh, Michigan on the delivery and installation of a new Allen GX-342! This historic church has a high ceiling, with plaster walls and hand carved wooden beams. The seven-channel organ fills the sanctuary with beautiful music again, after a period of time without a working organ. The old Baldwin organ had fallen into disrepair and was no longer playable. The new organ has deluxe moving drawknobs, wood core keyboards, GeniSys voices, lighted music rack and pedalboard, etc. The three manual organ has 61 stops and 9 voicing suites. The GeniSys color touch screen display controls everything on the organ, including record and playback, transposer, 128 memory levels, and much more. This organ will lead the congregation in singing and enhance their worship for generations! Welcome to the Allen Organ family!

The new organ at Emanuel United Church of Christ in Manchester, Michigan is an Allen organ, manufactured by the Allen organ company located in Macungie, Pennsylvania, just outside of Allentown, PA. It is a model RLX-66, designed by renowned organist Rudy Lucente.

It is a 3 manual organ with 66 stops. 8 of those stops are Allen GeniSys voices that can be customized from a list of over 250 available voices in the organ. The organ also has 6 complete specifications, sampled from various organs around the world. Allen’s Apex technology creates the most authentic pipe organ sound of any digital organ. This organ has 18 audio channels, including a dedicated festival trumpet in the balcony. The choir manual can also speak from the rear of the church through 4 antiphonal speakers.

Rudy Lucente’s design has a principle chorus in each division of the organ. It features wood core keyboards, deluxe moving drawknobs, two-tone wood finish, gothic overlay sides, and curved key cheeks. So, this organ looks as beautiful as it sounds. It is all controlled by a color touch screen. The screen lets the organist access 128 memory levels, transposer, record and playback and many other features.

This landmark installation highlights ’s global leadership in organ building.

Congratulations to Mt. Sinai Lutheran Church in Montrose, Michigan on their purchase of an Allen G-100 with external speakers and optional lighted music rack and pedalboard. This organ replaced an Italian made organ that was starting to fail and parts were not available for repairs. The organ is used almost every Sunday at their church. One of the reasons the church chose the Allen, besides the great sound, was it was made in the U.S.A. and will be supported by the Allen organ company for a long long time.

Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hudson, Michigan has beautiful organ music once again thanks to their new Allen GX-215! The church had a pipe organ in the balcony that had fallen into disrepair. The cost to bring the pipe organ back to new condition was extremely high. Also, all of the rest of the music team was now down front, not in the balcony. The 2 manual Allen was the perfect solution. The organ console is positioned near the piano, cantors and choir, so all the musicians are near one another. We did put speakers for the organ in the balcony, behind the facade pipes, so the sound of the organ comes from the balcony as well as the built in speakers in the organ console. The speakers in the console allow the organist and other musicians to hear the sound of the organ without delay. This organ is equipped with a lighted music rack and pedalboard as well as the optional GeniSys voices, adding hundreds of additional voices to the organ.

We would like to congratulate St. John Vianney Catholic Church of Shelby Township, Michigan on their recent acquisition of a new Allen GX-335DK! This organ has wood core keyboards, deluxe moving drawknobs, GeniSys voices, lighted music rack and pedalboard, walnut exterior/oak interior, antiphonal sound system and more! The church has enjoyed the reliable service of an older Allen for many years. With the upcoming reimagining of the worship space, the organ was also upgraded. You can look forward to future posts as the church relocates the choir, organ and piano, and moves the altar, etc. Congratulations St. John Vianney for providing brilliant music for future generations!!
