✨ FAVORITE FIND OF THE WEEK! ✨

Okay, this one officially wins. 😍 I spotted this gorgeous L.E. Smith amethyst carnival glass pitcher with 8 matching tumblers, and the second the light hit that iridescent finish, I was DONE. 🌈💜

I’ll admit—I was secretly hoping I had stumbled onto some super-early OG carnival glass 😂, but once I found that little L.E. Smith “S”, the mystery was solved!

Either way, LOOK AT HER. 😭 The deep amethyst glass, the blues, greens and purples flashing in the light, AND a complete pitcher-and-tumbler set?! Absolutely gorgeous.

Definitely my favorite thrift find of the week. 💜✨

✨ Fun Fact: Cow-themed kitchen décor absolutely exploded in popularity in the 1980s and 1990s, when country/farmhouse kitchens were THE look. Think cow canisters, roosters, geese, wooden shelves, wallpaper borders… our mothers were committed. 😂

And now?! That cozy country-kitchen look is circling right back around with vintage lovers and collectors. ♻️✨

✨ SERENDIPITY FIND OF THE DAY ✨

Okay friends… I learned something new today! 😍

I found this adorable little collection and discovered that these tiny ceramic pieces are Japanese hashioki — chopstick rests! 🥢🇯🇵

They’re used to keep the ends of your chopsticks from touching the table, but can we talk about how CUTE they are?! Tiny vegetables, animals, leaves, little objects… every single one is different. ❤️

One even still has its little “Made in Japan” sticker underneath!

Sometimes you pick something up because it looks interesting, bring it home, do a little digging…and suddenly you’ve learned about an entirely new collectible. 🥹

When you’re out thrifting and suddenly you realize you may have just found something REALLY special after researching a piece of glass you found at a flea market?!?!

Well… LOOK WHAT I FOUND. 😭🙌

✨ Vintage Blenko #5730 “Accents”
✨ Designed by Wayne Husted
✨ Featured in the 1957 Blenko catalog
✨ Tangerine glass 🧡

I posted it in an art glass identification group because I needed other eyes on it, and they confirmed exactly what I was hoping it was. 😭

THIS is why I thrift. You just never know what is sitting on a random shelf waiting for you to recognize it.

I seriously cannot believe I found this piece in the wild. This may officially be one of my favorite finds EVER. 🥹🧡

The thrift goddess’s were absolutely looking out for me today. 😂🙌
