💙 August Giving Partner Spotlight: Wesley Distribution Ministry 💙

This August, we’re proud to partner with Wesley Distribution Ministry, an incredible Bloomington ministry making a real difference for local families.

What began as a small outreach serving just 24 families has grown into a thriving ministry that provides free essential paper goods and hygiene products to hundreds of individuals in our community. Through the generosity of volunteers and donors, Wesley Distribution Ministry distributes items like toilet paper, paper towels, diapers, baby wipes, feminine hygiene products, tissues, and other everyday essentials—items that often aren’t covered by food assistance programs but are still vital for every household.

Their impact continues to grow! Each month they give away $6,500 worth of essential items at no cost to community members, helping ease the burden for families facing difficult times.

We’re honored to support an organization that serves our neighbors with compassion, dignity, and hope. Throughout August, when you shop and donate with Serendipity, know you are supporting Wesley Distribution Ministry and helping ensure local families have access to the everyday essentials they need.

💚 Giving Back to Our Community 💚

We’re honored to donate $1,855 from our July proceeds to Joshua Tree Ministries which is a nonprofit childcare center in Bloomington-Normal.

Joshua Tree Ministries is dedicated to helping families break the cycle of generational poverty by providing safe, high-quality childcare, before- and after-school programs, and wraparound family support. Their mission is to create an environment of love, safety, identity, and hope, empowering both children and parents to grow and thrive together.

Thank you to everyone who supported us in July. Your purchases and donations are helping make a real difference for families in our community, and we’re grateful to be a small part of this incredible mission. ❤️
