Heidi from is BACK to teach an amazing sourdough class, JUST in time for soup weather!!

A sourdough master, you'll learn all about all things sourdough, get your own starter AND make sourdough to take home and bake in your own home!!

Start thinking of a name for your starter!!

-Young Adult or Adults only
-this is a hands on class and all supplies are provided
-we always recommend bringing an apron and bottle of water
-please park on the street the night/ day of class
-we are cash or check only and class is $60
-you will receive 10% off all purchases the night/day of class
-72 hour cancellation required- and I really need to emphasize this.....if you're unable to attend class and it's less than 72 hours, we are happy to put the kit together for you and you can pick it up the next day, but at the $60 rate. We realize things come up, but as a small business, with a small space and always a wait list, we do need some time to get spots filled. We really appreciate your understanding with this. New for 2026; if you do not come and get your kit, we will ask that you do not try to register for additional classes. There is just too much prep that goes into these classes.

Johanna is coming back to the DG to teach sourdough cinnamon rolls....and they are OH so good!!!

Kelly Lay is BACK!! We have not had a Buche de Noel (Yule Log) cake class in a few years, but it's BACK! And we are so very excited.

There are 2 classes and they are exactly the same.

This is truly my personal favorite cake of all time....it tastes better than it looks, and that is a BIG order because these centerpiece cakes are just showstoppers!

This is a class with the potential for getting chocolate on you, so we HIGHLY recommend an apron (we have them here at the shop to borrow, too!)
