Out of the over 1800 mineral specimens I have in the shop, over 180 of them exhibit fluorescence either in long wave or short wave ultraviolet light, or both. A few are pictured here, with a corresponding picture of their appearance in 'normal' light.

A selection of larger crystal clusters from a recent mining trip to Mt. Ida, Arkansas. All specimens were collected at a private surface mine, with a great deal of satisfying hard work.
