We have been out buying and have lots of new things. Also our book department is growing fast. Recently got in a bunch of cookbooks and craft instruction books. Since there are not any real book stores in out area any more here is a good chance of some unique books.

We are just back from our annual trek to New England and have a lot of new items for our shop. We will be working on pricing etc. over the next few days. Come by this weekend to see what we have.

Because of the extreme heat we have decided to not open Thursday and Friday of this week. We don't have AC in the shop so would not be comfortable. Hopefully by Saturday it will be more bearable.

My husband is selling his vintage plastic model collection. The collection contains almost anything you can imagine that was sold in plastic kits.. Cars, planes, ships, figures and more. Stop in the shop to see for your self. If you know someone that might be interested, tell them. Our normal hours are Thurs- Sun ..... 10 to 5. There are several hundred kits available.

There are no local bookstores in our town except at the college... however our shop is beginning to look like one. Come on in and look around. You may find something you didn't know you were looking for. We are open Thurs -Sunday... 10 to 6!
