A lot has changed in 40 years - but our dedication to sharing amazing coffee with the world has not! ☕️
April 1 1986 two friends opened the doors to Seven Hills Coffee with a little bit of coffee and a whole lot of hope.
Picture 1 shows the original warehouse where Andy and Joe grew Seven Hills Coffee and spread the love of beans.
Picture 2 shows Andy today with that original sign that we still have in our warehouse today to always remember to keep that love alive. Joe is a little harder to get pictures of these days, but if you are lucky you can still see him from time to time!
We could not have gotten to where we are today without the support and dedication of our amazing customers. And for that we cannot thank you enough. We hope to continue to be a staple in the coffee community for so many more years to come! 🩵

Here is a shot to 40 years!
This is our Fair-Trade Organic Espresso Blend. I used 18 grams for this shot and yielded 36.4 grams in 28 seconds for a near perfect 1:2 ratio. I used a Weiss Distribution tool as well as another distributor and tamp. The bottomless portafilters don’t just look great when pulling a shot. They also show the path of the water moving through your puck as the espresso is extracted, creating a useful visual indicator of espresso distribution and density within your puck.
