"I take this moment to thank you all for your heartfelt concerns over the recent complete burndown of the store (Silk Road Traveler). We are down, but we are not out. Many of you have expressed the desire to help; therefore, we have set up a GoFundMe page. Every donation is greatly appreciated.

Two hours before Silk Road Traveler and the rest of Fieldstone Village burned down, I drew these cards for myself. I thought, “Crossroad? What crossroad? Strength makes sense since I have a lot of that”!

Well, now I know why those cards literally popped out of the deck! I am at a crossroad and struggling with the loss of loving to assist people with Oracle Card readings and intuitive guidance. Inspiring and empowering all the wonderful people I have met is my passion! I also miss the shop and all my wonderful friends who worked there.

Strength, faith and lots love from my husband, Rick, family and friends is helping me through this challenging time! Thank you all! 🙏💜

On behalf of SILK ROAD TRAVELER, all of us are ok and safe after experiencing the fire that destroyed all of the Fieldstone Village.

A HUGE THANK YOU to the two men that risked their lives to warn us that there was a fire, the First Responders and all the wonderful people (many we never met) that shared their concern, hugs, prayers and love! And, to all who have been sending messages of concern, prayers and love!

CARD OF THE WEEK: EMOTION

Sometimes we can all feel a little overwhelmed by our past, a challenging relationship, unplanned events in our life...the list can go on and on. When “Emotion” comes up, be ok to address it by seeing why this is triggering a reaction within you, such as hurt, anger, fear, pain or frustration. By being an observer of your reaction, like a reporter taking down facts of a situation, you are able to see it from a neutral, different and higher perspective, finding the gift/s that it is offering you to make choices to empower yourself and move forward which creates new beginnings. Water represents wisdom, healing, cleansing, movement of energy and transformation.

When the Hidden Forces card shows up, begin to make plans for whatever it is that you desire to manifest. CARD OF THE WEEK: HEALING

The card Healing represents it is time for you to slow down, rest, and take care of you in whatever way is needed, mentally, physically or emotionally. The wolf (you) is taking the time to rest, recoup and recharge. Give yourself permission to “disconnect from the world” for as long as you feel you need to. The stone wall represents setting strong boundaries that you need so you can recharge and honor yourself. By doing so, you are being your own best friend, again honoring that you are worthy of it...aka self-love! We all faithful at recharging our cell phones each night. How about taking time to “recharge” you?
