The glamorous side of opening a new studio. 😂
Everybody sees the finished space—the shelves, the herbs, the candles, the Reiki room, the witchy little details.
What they don’t see is me balanced on a ladder in my crappy clothes, scraping, cleaning, patching and painting like I suddenly have a degree in commercial renovation. 🤣
But this is the part where the vision starts becoming real.
One wall at a time. One coat of paint at a time. One “what the f**k did I get myself into?” at a time.

Being sensitive to the energy around you doesn’t mean every feeling you pick up belongs to you.

Sometimes the most compassionate thing you can do is step back long enough to ask:

Is this mine… or am I carrying someone else’s s**t?

Distance isn’t the same as not caring.
Sometimes a little space is exactly what helps you see clearly, protect your own peace, and still love people without absorbing everything they bring with them.

💜 Feel it. Notice it. But you don’t have to carry it.
