🎨🍂 A Little History, A Little Creativity, and a Whole Lot of Fall Fun! 🍂🎨

Tonight's painting class at the Bluffton Public Library was extra special! We traded in our traditional canvases for beautiful pieces of antique slate, giving these little pieces of history new life through art! 🖌️❤️

From colorful pumpkins and sunflowers to cozy fall scenes and even a little winter inspiration, everyone brought their own creativity and personality to their slate. I absolutely LOVE seeing how differently each person interprets their artwork!

There's something so special about taking something old, full of history and character, and turning it into something beautiful to treasure for years to come. 🍁

I'm so thankful and blessed to have the opportunity to share my love of art with our wonderful community!

🍁🎃 Fall Fun at Willow Ridge! 🌻🍂

I had such a wonderful time visiting the residents at Willow Ridge today for a little fall crafting fun! 🧡

Together, we created these adorable pumpkin canvases, complete with beautiful fall leaves, sunflowers, and festive touches! 🎨🌻

One of my favorite parts of owning Bluffton Art Company is having the opportunity to bring creativity into our community, especially to our wonderful seniors. There's something so special about sharing conversations, laughter, and a little artistic expression together. ❤️

I am truly thankful and blessed that God has given me the opportunity to use my love for art to connect with others, bring a little joy to their day, and hopefully make a difference, even in the smallest ways. These moments remind me why I love what I do! 🧡

A huge thank you to Willow Ridge for welcoming me and allowing me to spend time with your residents! It's always such a joy, and I look forward to my next visit!

🎨✨ Little Hands, BIG Creativity! ✨🎨

What a wonderful evening at the Ada Public Library ❤️

Tonight, our young artists got creative making their very own colorful, one-of-a-kind jars using tissue paper, paint, and lots of imagination! 🖌️🌈

One of my favorite things about teaching children's art classes is watching their creativity come to life. No two projects are ever the same, and that's what makes art so special! 🥰

We had so much fun getting a little messy, trying something new, and watching these kiddos proudly show off their masterpieces!

A HUGE thank you to Ada Public Library for welcoming Bluffton Art Company and giving us the opportunity to share our love of art with these amazing young artists! And thank you to all the families who joined us tonight! 💕

The problem?

A lot of moms don't have one.

A mother’s helper service designed to provide practical, judgment-free support to moms and families in our community.

That might mean helping with the kids while Mom gets things done, folding laundry, tackling the dishes, resetting the playroom, helping with a new baby, running an errand—or simply giving an overwhelmed mom a few hours where she doesn't have to do everything herself.

Helping Hands — **$25/hour**
2-hour minimum

Village Reset — **4 hours for $90**

Sometimes you have to make time to create just for the sake of creating. 🎨

As a busy mom and business owner, it can be surprisingly easy for art to become another thing on the to-do list—something I’m preparing for a class, creating for a client, or working on for the business.

So during a little one-day R&R, I decided to challenge myself. I grabbed my sketchbook, sat down in front of the Port Clinton Lighthouse, and sketched what I saw.

No class to teach. No commission to finish. No pressure for it to be perfect. Just me, my pencil, the view, and a little quiet.
And I think I needed that reminder. 🤍

There is beauty all around us if we slow down long enough to notice it. You don’t have to be a professional artist. Grab a sketchbook, a camera, some watercolors, a journal—or simply sit somewhere beautiful and really look.

So here’s my challenge to you: find a little pocket of peace wherever you are this week. Notice something beautiful. Create something just because you can.

“He has made everything beautiful in its time.” — Ecclesiastes 3:11

Sometimes creativity isn’t about making a masterpiece. Sometimes it’s simply about being still enough to appreciate the masterpiece God already put in front of you. ❤️

🇺🇸 We Will Never Forget.

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001—the innocent men and women, the first responders who ran toward danger, and the families whose lives were forever changed.

We also remember what followed.

In the midst of unimaginable tragedy, Americans came together. We prayed together. We helped our neighbors. We flew our flags proudly. Differences seemed smaller, and for a moment, we were simply one nation, united.

Twenty-five years later, may we never forget not only the lives that were lost, but the unity, compassion, faith, and patriotism that carried our country through the days that followed.

Even in our darkest moments, God is still good. May we continue to pray for our country, love our neighbors, honor those who sacrificed, and remember how powerful it is when we stand together.
