If you keep yourself out of the game for fear of losing, there is no way you are ever going to win.
So much of what we talk ourselves out of never actually gets a chance to fail. It just quietly never happens. The class we did not sign up for. The business we did not start. The thing we have wanted to try for years and keep pushing to next spring.
As we settle into the weekend, I hope you start the thing. Badly, nervously, a little late, with absolutely no idea what you are doing. Start it anyway.
Because you will never, ever know until you try.
