It has come to our attention today that we have received a couple of negative reviews, and they both stated they were people who "used" to come to the store and haven't been in for a few years. It seems to be over Pokémon products. These reviews have stated that we said we only sell to our "elite" customers. We have been trying to figure out why they would say it that way. In our more than 8 years in business we have never used the term "elite" customers. It finally dawned on me that what we were saying was that our "LEAGUE" players get first opportunity to purchase product, whether it is Pokémon, One Piece, Digimon, Lorcana or any of our other TCG games that we have league for. The scalping community has gotten so bad over the last few years that we chose to implement a league first policy, and we limit the amount of product any one person or family (whether in league or not) can purchase so more people have the opportunity to get products. Anyone who shops with us regularly knows this is our policy. Our policy is posted by the register. We almost always have product available to release to the general public the day following our leagues. We still had every Pokémon 30th Celebration product available on Friday last week and we were able to make a lot of people happy. And at the end of the day that is what we are here for.
Please if you have any questions regarding our policies or anything about the store, address it with us face to face. It is sad that people have to go online and give bad reviews because of their misunderstanding of what was said.
We love the community we have grown, and we welcome new people almost daily. I have included our league policy at the end of this post. If you would like to be a part of any league we offer, reach out and we will get you signed up.
Thanks for sticking it out and reading this post,
