In Lineville, Alabama, a horse farm has become something much bigger, a place where veterans reconnect with purpose through equine therapy and hands-on skill building. 🐴🇺🇸

Samson's Strength Sustainable Veterans Project was founded by Dave Flounders, a veteran himself, and his wife Kathy Saucier, a mental health counselor who's spent years working with trauma survivors. Together they built transitional housing and an equine program that helps veterans facing homelessness or joblessness reconnect with community and rebuild independent lives. Auburn University students have even helped construct some of the veteran housing on the property, a genuine community effort supporting those who served.

There's something powerful about a farm built specifically to help veterans heal and reintegrate. Did you know about Samson's Strength in Lineville?

We want check-in and sale day to go as smoothly as possible, so please read over these important details! 👇

🐴 WILL THERE BE A VET ON SITE?
YES! Our vet will be on site ONLY UNTIL 6:00 PM.
🚨 ALL HORSES MUST BE CHECKED IN BY 6:00 PM!

📄 WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A CURRENT COGGINS?
No worries! Coggins can be pulled on site if you do not have one.

🤠 NEED A RIDER?
We’re excited to announce that we WILL have riders available!

• $25 per horse to be ridden through the sale
• $10 per horse to be led through the sale

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Riders must be paid BEFORE sale time. If payment has not been taken care of, your horse will simply be run through the sale.

💵 CAN THE RIDER FEE COME OUT OF MY SELLER CHECK?
NO. Rider fees are a separate transaction and cannot be processed through the sale office or deducted from your seller check. Please make arrangements directly with your rider before sale time.
