What is the difference between a croquette and a cocktail croquette? A croquette is shaped similar to a hot dog but a little thicker. It can be eaten stand alone or in a bun/hoagie roll. A cocktail croquette is round, the size of a golf ball, usually served in a group

Our Chef
Chef Alex Voorn is a Dutch Executive Chef with a wealth of experience. His career has taken him throughout the Caribbean, Canada, and the United States. After his family and friends in the USA tried his croquettes and loved them, Chef Alex decided to use his Dutch family’s recipe to start Voorn Gourmet Croquettes LLC. From our USDA facility in Florida are we already delivering our delicious croquettes nationwide in the USA. Our goal is to make the most delicious quality Croquette products in the Americas. Our latest products are Frikandellen (Dutch hot dog) and vegetarian burgers.
