New York has banned flavored v***r products
As of yesterday it is a CRIME to sell flavored v***r products
New York had tried for 3 years to do this through the legislature
The legislature refused to pass the bills
Then amid a Pandemic Crisis
They stuffed it in a budget
They shoved it in with ESSENTIAL business in the budget that HAD to pass
They did this at a special session at 3am
They shoved their 3 time failed legislation into a must pass State Budget Bill that they passed during an emergency session at 3am to address the Coronavirus crisis
Think of how epically corrupt that is
Like really think about it.
The level of immoral is astounding
You see...
Smoking kills 480,00 Americans a year
Totally legal
Va**ng has NEVER killed a single v**er
Totally illegal
Hundreds of businesses closed yesterday
Not big to***co businesses
Mom and Pop small businesses
Built on helping smokers quit smoking
Businesses that were people's American dream
Businesses that were people's livliehoods
Thousands more unemployed
All from the dishonest legislature minority that ignores science on va**ngs ability to literally save lives
They did this willfully
Va**ng has helped MILLIONS switch from smoking
Va**ng has been PROVEN REPEATEDLY in studies as long term as 3.5 years of daily repetitive use to be VASTLY less harmful than smoking
The FDA To***co Control said if we could switch all smokers to va**ng it would be A MAJOR WIN FOR PUBLIC HEALTH
The average v**er you meet on the street will gratefully and excitedly tell you how va**ng completed saved them
And New York just fu***ng banned them
They just made hundreds of thousands of ex smokers criminals for improving their health
This is so fu***ng disgusting
How could any honest good human agree with this despicable trash
Sad day for America
