In 1971 he combined the stores and relocated to the current address at 1115 Lusk Street a 30,000 square foot building close to downtown Boise. The location includes offices, showrooms, warehouse and an in store service department. The company is known as Idaho's largest independent GE appliance outlet and the place to save since 1960. of the Year, Boise Weekly's "Best of Boise" 2003 and 2004, and in 1996 Jim's Appliance was the largest volume GE/Brand Source single store dealer in America.
