An absolute fan favorite that makes it into our gift boxes for a very good reason - Toffee Almond Bark!

Our crisp almond toffee is made in a giant copper kettle before being poured onto a large granite table to cool and harden. This toffee is broken down into small pieces by hand to be mixed into our signature dark or milk chocolate, and it’s all topped with chopped toasted almonds.

Messy? Yes! Worth every crumb? Double yes!

Ginger has such an incredible flavor but there is a “bite” of bitterness with ginger that is beautiful for savory dishes - not so much in sweet. So we take our ginger and soak it in rum! This keeps the essence of ginger but removes that “bite”. We then mix this revamped ginger into our white or dark chocolate to create these fun and knobby twigs!

Eat them on their own, or chop them up for the BEST topping for blueberry ice cream!

A seasonal favorite is our Tangerine Almond Bark. Our signature white chocolate is mixed with tangerine essential oil before toasted almonds are stirred in. Simple flavors that are a perfect balance of salty, sweet and citrus!
