There is a book called “Bitter” that explores the history of bitter in food. When the author was being interviewed on “The Splendid Table”, she stated that one of her favorite desserts was Tiramisu. Why? The perfect combination of sweet mascarpone juxtaposed against the bitterness of espresso and dark cocoa powder. And the popularity of tiramisu over time proves the power of that combination over the pallet.

Our Tiramisu Gelato perfectly captures the sweet and bitter notes of the dessert…all in one bowl 🍨

October is not only a month to celebrate all things fall, it is also the month to celebrate caramel in all its forms.

From sauces to candies - soft or hard - or cakes to cookies, caramel spans the test of time as one of the most classic comfort foods.

Of course, caramel and chocolate were meant to be, and we love making our caramel fresh by hand before smothering it in chocolate! The perfect balance of sweet, salty, rich and buttery, creamy, gooey goodness, all wrapped up and ready to delight your taste buds.
