This coming week is our last week in the space we’ve called home for 3 years, at

• Our last in person class is Sunday June 28th. •

This space has held so much.
Deep conversations, healing, laughter, tears, friendships, workshops, community events, + countless moments of connection.

When I opened Haven Shala, I dreamed of creating a place where people could feel safe, supported, & seen.
Together, we made that dream a reality.
These walls witnessed hundreds of people showing up for themselves & each other.
That is something I will carry with me forever. 🥹

While it’s hard to say goodbye to this chapter, I know Haven Shala has always been more than a building.
It lives in the community we’ve created, the relationships we’ve built, & the lives we’ve touched along the way.

Thank you for every class you attended, every event you supported, every kind word, & every moment you’ve shared with us here.

My heart is heavy, but it’s also full.

Here’s to honoring what was, embracing what is, & trusting what’s next. 🤞

We are only 15 days away from race day!🌟🍓

Today we would like to thank Rae's Route 30 Cafe for being a sponsor, for our Strawberry Festival 5k race!

A vintage diner inspired café, located along the historic Lincoln Hiway at 800 W. Nassau Street, East Canton, Ohio. Rae's Route 30 Cafe is known for its classic American diner fare, including breakfast, lunch, and soon to be dinner options. Their menu features homemade favorites!

The café's interior incorporates creative artwork by a local artist, Bobbi Pickens, along with found artifacts, paying tribute to the Lincoln Highway.

Currently their hours are 7am-2pm on Sunday, and Monday-Saturday, 6am-2pm
