Hopefully, the ruling in this case of the Ninth Circuit of Appeals Court of Washington sets a precedence and lead to legally protect other Christians to boldly and publicly share The Gospel in their community, or wherever The Holy Spirit Leads us to share The Truth. As you'll hear in the video, the police department and local district court ignored this pastor's freedom of speech and religious freedom and was wrongly arrested and incarcerated. Direct transcript and paraphrase of Ken Ham’s YouTube video about “Here’s Why and How Christians Should VOTE 2024 | Ken Ham”

…Pilate washed his hands of the situation… and allowed a vote for the people who wanted to crucify The Lord Jesus… If we, as Christians, wash our hands, we have allowed, therefore, a vote to count for the most evil person… As Christians, we should vote to minimize evil and to maximize righteousness… You're not voting for a pastor of a church… We don't use the qualifications in the Bible for a pastor or Elder for the President of the United States… We have to understand God has ordained the government… He's put government there to maintain law and order… Now they (Trump and Kamala) are far from perfect… The people are far from perfect, but as Christians, I think the way we should vote is, if you're not voting, you're actually voting… That's what I would challenge you with, if you're not voting, you're allowing a vote to count for the person who will be the most anti-God and we should judge people's worldview against the absolute Authority of Scripture, and then you vote, accordingly knowing, you're not voting for a perfect person. But as I said, you're not voting for a pastor or someone like that… So we need to be praying for this upcoming election… We need to be praying for those candidates… We need to pray that God touches their hearts… We need to pray for this nation, which I believe, this coming election is going to be strategic in America, and because, if certain people get in and do what they're doing now, but to a much greater extent, I can see that discrimination and persecution of Christians is going to exponentially rise…

As stated in the beginning, this was part of a transcript from Ken Ham’s recent video on YouTube. He is the CEO and Founder of Answers in Genesis and built The Creation Museum and The Ark Encounter in Northern Kentucky - near the border of Kentucky and Ohio. I did my best to edit out the “uh-s” and “um-s” from the transcript of the video and corrected some words or phrases that were purposely edited by YouTube’s Ai - like replacing anti-God, as Ken Ham says in the video, to anti-good. I wanted to share it here because, like he said in the video, and reflected on the transcript, many Christians are thinking of abstaining from voting this year. That got me thinking that many Christians may not even know about this video and I’m hoping, by sharing this on here, it reaches a lot more people and lets The Holy Spirit guide them to vote and not sit on their hands. 2nd Corinthians 6:1-18 CSV

1 Working together with him, we also appeal to you, “Don’t receive the grace of God in vain.” 2 For he says:
At an acceptable time I listened to you,
and in the day of salvation I helped you.
See, now is the acceptable time; now is the day of salvation!
3 We are not giving anyone an occasion for offense, so that the ministry will not be blamed. 4 Instead, as God’s ministers, we commend ourselves in everything: by great endurance, by afflictions, by hardships, by difficulties, 5 by beatings, by imprisonments, by riots, by labors, by sleepless nights, by times of hunger, 6 by purity, by knowledge, by patience, by kindness, by the Holy Spirit, by sincere love, 7 by the word of truth, by the power of God; through weapons of righteousness for the right hand and the left, 8 through glory and dishonor, through slander and good report; regarded as deceivers, yet true; 9 as unknown, yet recognized; as dying, yet see — we live; as being disciplined, yet not killed; 10 as grieving, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet enriching many; as having nothing, yet possessing everything.
11 We have spoken openly to you, Corinthians; our heart has been opened wide. 12 We are not withholding our affection from you, but you are withholding yours from us. 13 I speak as to my children; as a proper response, open your heart to us.

14 Do not be yoked together with those who do not believe. For what partnership is there between righteousness and lawlessness? Or what fellowship does light have with darkness? 15 What agreement does Christ have with Belial? Or what does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? 16 And what agreement does the temple of God have with idols? For we are the temple of the living God, as God said:

When we replace the Lord with the world in our lives, and no matter how we cleverly try to manipulate the world so the Lord can somehow still fit in our world without fully acknowledging the Lord, our will can never be aligned with the Lord's Will for us.
