The Bruce Festival will be at the Fairgrounds this weekend! 🎉🎉🎉

The Bruce Festival, including the Bonners Ferry Highland Games and the Primitive Games competition will take place as scheduled on Saturday and Sunday, July 18 and 19, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. After a lengthy meeting, the board of directors voted to proceed with the event as planned.

As a lead‑in to the weekend festivities, the Rex Theatre will host a special showing of the 2020 film Robert the Bruce on Friday, July 17, with live bagpipe music beginning at 4 p.m. Admission to the film is free, and actor Angus Macfadyen, known for portraying Robert the Bruce in Mel Gibson’s 1995 Braveheart, stars once again in this powerful retelling. We’ve got an exciting new arrival just in time for Kootenai River Days & Class Reunion Weekend!!! Some great new apparel from Oat Collective!!! Their cozy cotton tees & cotton blend sweatshirts were such a hit for the 4th 🇺🇸 that we got some new styles and a few restocks of the favorites! 🎉🎉🎉
