August 13 Customers

To all of you who shopped on Thursday August 13 and stood in line for NeeDoh and other Squishies: I was not here but I do know that many of you were not happy of how I handled the limited inventory we had. With a limit of two per style, we would never have comprehended that some customers would walk out with larger quantities of product. It is difficult for everyone to be satisfied, but we should have had a more stringent limit. I do apologize for the frustration it caused, particularly in my absence. My staff are the best and have done an amazing job with the demand of product. Our orders are not coming in large batches, but rather in smaller ones, which makes this a challenge to be fair to all. I will be more cautious in how we sell the product in the future. Mostly, we want this to be fun like most of the things we sell.

That’s right, we have a squishy shipment and NEEDOH shipment going out @ 9:00am on Thursday, August 13th! We are asking and will be enforcing our ‘please purchase before continuing to shop’ rule, please understand this and we are trying to make it enjoyable for everyone!
