Something for You, Boone, Iowa came about to provide people shopping in Boone from out of town or for our local friends to be able to purchase items at a reasonable price. Amish baskets come from a Lamoni family that custom makes them for us. We make and order in doll clothing for the 15" and 18" dolls that are affordable. We also do custom orders. We do long arm quilting as well make special orde

r quilts. Recently, we have added lots of RED HATs to our store for the shopping ease for the ladies who need to look their finest. You will also find embroidered ornaments for that unique gift. You will find a friend staff member to assist you wth your shopping needs. We invite you to stop in and visit.

A reminder Kid's Day is this Saturday 10am to Noon at the basement of the Historical Society on Story and 6th. The cost is $5.00 and you receive your money back in Boone Bucks. If you don't have the funds, that is okay your children are still welcome to join us. Live Elsa and Anna the Ice Princesses will be there and Santa will join us at 11:30. Children must be potty trained. Last year we had a blast. Those of you in the community who have volunteered to help, please come at 9:30 to set up.

The Ice Princesses are
available to come to our Kid's Day Holiday event, however, I need to come us with $250.00 to fund this. Is there any one or group out there that would like to sponsor their visit. It was a great opportunity for the children in the community. Please PM me.

The "Kid's Day" during the holiday will be on Saturday, December 3rd; 10am to Noon. which will be located in the basement of the Boone Historical Society. The cost is $5.00 per child. There will be lots of fun to be had by all. Children must be potty trained. IF you want to PM me to let me know, that is great but not required. In addition, if you have a teenager, that would volunteer, please le me know because half of my crew from last year will be out of town that day. PM me if you are a responsible teenager and what to have fun with great kids from our community. Parents you can leave your children and go and shop.
