WARNING: EXPLICIT LANGUAGE:
I get that people can be sh*tty self absorbed as****es, but when you cancel your order the day of pick up it’s an as***le move.
Let me just say it takes me weeks to get ready for these trips, buying supplies, making, canning, driving across 7 states and two days of travel about 23 hours to do these deliveries. Which I do twice a year because my customers love these pickles and beets. This trips orders were 12 cases, all regular customers except a couple.
This lady was a new customer, she ordered 6 quarts of pickles and 6 quarts of beets. It’s not like they won’t sell, that’s not the issue, it’s the fact that she has total disregard for my time and effort. When someone places an order I trust that they have every intention to fulfill there commitment to the purchase as I’m sure you all expect me to show up on time with your order.
It’s sh*tty, rude and a dick move to cancel at the last minute. Needless to say, she’s blocked from ever ordering again.
And for you, my regular and faithful customers, I appreciate you all so much! Many of you have become friends over the last 9 years I’ve been slinging my pickles and beets and for that I’m forever grateful, but lawdy this lady just set me off today, especially after I realized she blocked me from responding to her message.
