🚨 Federal Call to Action 🚨

Tomorrow the House Oversight Committee led by Chairman Congressman James Comer and Ranking Member Congressman Robert Garcia will “mark up” HB 6610, the Pharmacist Fight Back Act, on the Federal Employee Health Benefit Plan.

While Mississippi does not have representation on this committee, we can still contact our representatives and the committee members to ask them to support this bill.

What would HB 6610 do?

The Pharmacists Fight Back Act sets transparent pricing at NADAC + 4% + professional dispensing fee, bans steering, eliminates abusive fees, and requires rebate pass through to patients at the point of sale -- all for the Federal Employee Health Benefit plans.

This is MUCH NEEDED legislation!

Congressman Mike Ezell, Congressman Michael Guest, Representative Trent Kelly, Congressman Bennie G. Thompson, we respectfully request that you let your fellow representatives on the Oversight Committee know that the voters in Mississippi support HB 6610!
