We went to Sparta and installed water lines and a drain line for a washer/dryer. The camper was prepped in the closet but had no lines. The customer opted to do the finish work themselves. I enjoyed being in the mtns, and even caught a little storm while I was there.

You’ll notice in the third picture the slip fitting . There is an access panel that needs to be put back . It was not installed today due to a sewer pipe leak that was found. The slip fitting and extra pipe slack will allow the panel to be taken off when access is needed.

We had to replace a refrigerator that developed a Freon leak. In order to get the old fridge out the whole door had to be removed and reinstalled. The new refrigerator was narrow, but still would have required the door to be removed.

This is why you don’t use the cheapest . House caulk is not self leveling roof caulk. Watch this caulk peel off with ease. Improper caulk leads to water damage.

This is why it is important to check your roof and seals twice per year. This camper is a 2024 and the roof sealant did not adhere properly from the factory. When your camper sits outside in the sun it will deteriorate the sealant and roof fast. This camper is a full time living and is well maintained.

I had to strip the front cap and caulk. They won’t have to worry about water intrusion now!

Had a skylight replacement today. Not only was it cracked but the sealant that was used previously did not adhere. It was a good thing the skylight cracked or there would have been some water damage down the road, from the improper caulk. Always prep your surfaces if you are a DIYer.

Repair Rates are as follows:
$100 normal rate 8am-5pm
$150 nights and weekend (anytime after 5pm and before 8 am)

Camper rental rates:
$100 per night
$50 prep fee Sheets , towels, cleaning.
Delivery is available rates is $5 per mile on delivery.

The camper pictured below is our current rental with the potential of adding an addition camper rental soon.
