R & B Fireworks

R & B Fireworks Since the 1950’s, the East family of Borger provided fireworks for the enjoyment of thousands of panhandle families.

Begun by Laverne East, the original stand was located near where the Borger United Supermarket stands today. She sold firecrackers, sparklers, Roman candles and pop bottle rockets to the grandparents of young revelers of today. Carrying on the family tradition, grandson Billie and his wife Rebecca East provide an array of fireworks from their warehouses west of Borger to stands in Hutchinson and G

ray counties. The bright yellow stands operate as R&B Fireworks, offering products from Black Cat, Big Thunder and Brothers brands.
