🎓 $2,000 Scholarship + $500 “Stock My Classroom”
Giveaway for Bossier Parish!
We’re giving one student $2,000 toward their future career after high school!
Unlike a traditional scholarship, this money can be used for whatever they need to take the next step toward a career.
Trade school, tools or equipment, books, room & board, tuition, or anything in between. We want to help bridge the gap between high school and a career.
To apply, the student will submit a short essay about how thrifting and reusing clothes, shoes, and bags can do good for our world.
We are not accepting entries YET, but will
post more about this soon!
But there’s a catch... their school has to win the vote!
Every time you shop with us, drop your receipt into your
school’s spinners at the front of the store. Every receipt = a
vote, and your vote could help give a student at your school the opportunity to win this $2,000 scholarship!
And we’re not stopping there...
A teacher from the winning school will also receive a surprise $500 “Stock My Classroom” giveaway!
From pencils and notebooks to calculators and other classroom essentials, Uptown Cheapskate will donate what they need to help stock their classroom.
Shop. Vote. Support your school. Change a student’s future. ❤️
