What time will my DTF order be ready?
🚨 DTF SAME-DAY PRINTING — A QUICK REMINDER! 🚨
We are LOVING how well our same-day DTF printing is working! 🙌 We’ve worked hard behind the scenes to build a system that allows us to get a LOT of orders printed quickly.
But we need your help with one thing. ❤️
We’re getting a lot of calls asking:
“Where is my order in line?”
“What time will my order be ready?”
Unfortunately, we simply can’t answer those questions, and there’s a good reason why!
In order to offer the turnaround times we’re offering, we’ve had to automate our printing process. Individual gang sheets are combined into larger print loads and sent into our print queues together. This keeps our printers running efficiently and allows us to process more orders faster.
Because of that, your order isn’t sitting in a traditional “ #12 in line” type of queue. We can’t look at the system and tell you, “Yours will print at 2:15.”
Every time we get a call asking us to check on the status of a dtf order, our employee has to leave the customer that is standing in front of them, walk to the print room, and ask the printer operator to pause what they’re doing and look up your order to try to determine when it will be ready.
When you ask us to do this, we’re taking employees away from the very thing we’re trying to do — GET YOUR ORDERS PRINTED! 😅
So here’s what we CAN tell you:
⏰ DTF ORDER IN BY NOON = OUT BY 5:00 PM!
✅ That’s our guarantee.
It may be ready at 1:00.
It may be ready at 3:00.
It may be ready at 4:45.
But if your DTF-only order is submitted by 12:00 NOON, we guarantee it will be ready by 5:00 PM.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: This guarantee applies to DTF-ONLY orders.
If you place an order that includes shirts, apparel, vinyl, patches, blanks, or any other merchandise along with your DTF prints, your DTF prints will NOT be sent to print until the rest of your order has been pulled and is ready for packaging.
That means an order containing DTF prints plus other merchandise does NOT qualify for the In By Noon, Out By Five guarantee.
👉 Need your DTF prints by 5:00? Place them as a separate order.
Once your order is complete, you’ll receive your notification that it is awaiting pickup. There’s no need to call and check your place in line.
