Workshops have been something we wanted to bring to life since we opened up in East Boston and we are finally able to do that! Hands-on classes on Bonbons or Chocolate truffles are the perfect way to get your hands covered in chocolate and learn from our founder Betty Petrova. September & October dates now are open for sign-ups!

and for those who just want to spend some time tasting chocolate and cacao, we now offer a Cacao tasting experience that will deep dive into fresh cacao, single origin chocolate to craft bonbons!

We are SUPER DUPER excited about this one. 🇭🇺🍷

Kolonia kollektiva has landed at the store and we are so thrilled to share these amazing w**es with all of you!

Based on the volcanic slopes of Szent György-hegy, Lake Balaton, Hungary, Kolónia 52 is the tiny project of Annamária Török & Attila Francisti. Their first vintage was only in 2021, but they are far from newcomers: the pair have worked with some of the natural w**e world’s most influential producers, including Gut Oggau, Heinrich, and Michael Gindl.

They farm organically and biodynamically on volcanic basalt soils and make their w**es with a wonderfully hands-off approach — spontaneous fermentation, old barrels and amphorae, gravity instead of pumps, and no fining or filtration. The result? Wines that are wildly alive, energetic, and unmistakably of their place. 🌱🍇🇭🇺

What we brought in:

🍷 Cabernet Franc
100% Cabernet Franc from organic vineyards on limestone and sandstone. Juicy red fruit, classic Cabernet Franc spice, smooth texture and a fresh, lively finish.

💙 Bleu de Hongrie
Kékfrankos (Blaufränkisch) from volcanic limestone and sandstone. Bright, juicy and mineral with crunchy fruit, spice and plenty of energy. A seriously fun expression of one of Hungary’s signature grapes.

🌪️ Controlled Chaos
Their shape-shifting red/white cuvée — always a little different, always delicious. Fresh, juicy and crunchy, with wild fruit, bright acidity and a little bit of beautiful unpredictability.

Only 12 bottles of each w**e made it to the shop. (ok maybe they are 11, because we had to get 1 for ourselves 😅)

Some chocolates are seasonal. Some are too good to leave behind. 🍪🤎

Our Cookie Butter Bar is one of the originals we created back when Petrova was still a pop-up in 2021 and it became so popular, we never took it off the menu.

Made with 35% blond white chocolate — caramelized for deep, bittersweet brown-butter notes — blended with speculoos cookies for that irresistible crunch, plus a touch of cinnamon and sea salt.

Brand new packaging (designed by Betty’s brother Alex!) same good flavor.

Five years later, still here. Still one of our favorites.💛🍪🍫
