Just recieved this lovely note from a family in Scotland. It warms my heart so much that we get to meet folks from all over the globe! And hopefully Thomas will enjoy his “lobstah” for years to come!! Thanks again Marie and family!!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for your incredible kindness.
My little boy lost his favourite lobster toy while we were on holiday at Hunters Quay Holiday Village. We searched everywhere and were so upset because it was such a special toy to him. I contacted your shop on the off chance that you might be able to help, and I never expected such a generous response.
We are so grateful that you sent us a replacement. Your kindness and excellent customer service mean more than you know, and you’ve made a little boy (and his mum and dad!) very happy.
