Did a little scouting of the Turtle Flambeau this morning ahead of a guide job tomorrow and found some slob perch mixed in with the walleye. With very little green weeds to be found, the fish were hanging around the wood and the rocks. These caught with the 7ft light action Legend Elite and Legend Tournament from St Croix with XL fatheads on weedless Invasion Jigs, which really pull through the tough stuff nicely!

Found some nice crappies on the way in while catching walleyes on the way out. Caught with the 7ft light action Legend Tournament- sensitive enough to detect those light biting crappie in 20+ feet of water.
