Established in 2005, Liberty Puzzles are a nostalgic entry to the golden age of wooden jigsaw puzzles. Inspired by the hand-cut wooden jigsaw puzzles of yore, our puzzles are made with 1/4" three-ply plywood. This allows us to create beautifully complex pieces, including “whimsy” pieces, hand-designed in the shape of plants, animals, and geometric designs that complement the image of each one of o

ur puzzles. Approximately 20% of each Liberty Puzzle are “whimsy” pieces, which will charm and delight you as you find and fit each one. We proudly design, produce, and distribute all of our puzzles in Boulder, Colorado, USA. Happy puzzling!

Throwback Thursday! Did you know we used to send catalogs?

Our August Re-Release got us feeling nostalgic, so we found ourselves dusting off some old Liberty catalogs, thumbing through the pages and reminiscing.

And look what we found: a few familiar faces! Some of the very puzzles we brought back from the archives this August, right there in catalogs from years gone by.

In just a few days, those eight puzzles will head back into the archives, and we’ll tuck these old catalogs away again, too.

It’s been a fun little trip down memory lane for us … and hopefully for you too.
