In 1992 PBS Miami produced a Plant Based Cooking show pilot called the Healthy Gourmet back in 1992. They chose me as their host chef. It was ahead of its time. PBS Denver supports and will air the show and work at taking it national. The plant based cuisine will be approachable, innovative, and range from comfort food to 5 star cuisine. This is an American Natural Foods non-profit project. The funding process has begun. America doesn't always get it right at the polls but we do when it comes to defending our constitution and Bill of Rights. I am sickened by the cold-blooded murder of two innocent American's by our dastardly President and his sycophants. And I am inspired by American's in the streets of Minneapolis standing opposed to the atrocities of our man-child President.
