MoonWalker LED grow lights boost your crop and terpenes, and also inhibit mold and powdery mildew. (BLI), was founded by Fazle Quazi in Boulder, Colorado in 2007 to build energy efficient lighting products. He has developed and continues to maintain a large U.S. and international patent portfolio in the fields of industrial and horticulture lighting, power electronics, and energy. In early 2009, BLI started to manufacture ceramic metal halide lamp (CMH) based luminaires including 315W highbay and streetlight products. Since then, the company sold thousands of these lights. In December 2011, Philips Lighting made the announcement of “GreenPower Elite Agro”, a modified 315W CMH lamp. For BLI, it was a natural transition to engineer a 315W CDL grow light. BLI is the first company who introduced the 315W grow light in the U.S. Sparkling white light generated by the 315W CMH agro lamp not only mimics sunlight but achieves 120 lumen/watt which was truly a milestone at the time. The tailored UVA rich spectrum of the 315W was and still is ideal for indoor grows. Built in Colorado, the BLI’s 315W CDL is regarded in the industry as the most reliable and high yielding luminaire in its class. Colorado, in many ways, paved the way for indoor grow industry innovations. Through interaction with local cultivators, BLI led development and integration of specific colored LEDs into the 315W CDL light fixture. In 2015, BLI introduced color augmenting 315W CDL+LED hybrid grow light providing up to 20% more growing efficiency. patent and trademark office granted two patents on BLI’s color augmenting grow light products during that time. Integration of LEDs with CMH grow lamp gave us the knowledge and evidence-based platform to engineer our all-LED grow light. After extensive grow and reliability tests, we introduced the PerfectPar™ series 650W light at the MJBIZ Toronto, Canada show in 2019.
