White Squirrel Wednesday HILL WORKOUT begins tonight at 530pm starting from White Squirrel Brewery. It will be a glorious afternoon for a workout 🌞

🚶‍➡️ Approximately 1 mile warm up to E Main St Hill
🚶 As many hill repeats as you desire or are capable of
🚶‍➡️ Approximately 1 mile cool down back to WS

🔔 MEET OUR RUNNERS: JENNY STICE

Jenny is coming to Bloomfield with a mission: help her little brother get his first ultra. 🥹

This won’t be her first Backyard. Her first was earlier this year in Berea, where she survived 97° heat, no T-shirts, and apparently no food. Her words: survival mode.

She’s already made it 36.5 miles at the Festivus Trail Ultra, has enough marathons and ultras on the calendar to qualify as “evidence,” and once trained through a Kentucky winter for a desert ultra.

So when the bell rings?

“We go again and pretend I’m ready!” 🔔

We have a feeling Jenny and her little brother are going to be a fun duo to watch on November 28.

Endure something.
