Bar-O-aBit

Bar-O-aBit™ LLC is a store where you can rent and try bits in order to find the bit that works best for you and your horse.

Instead of spending hundreds of dollars on a bit that you might not use again you can rent and try it before you buy it.

Introducing Sponsored Rider: Cheyenne Barnett

Hi! My name is Cheyenne Barnett and I am so excited to be a part of the Bar-O-A-Bit team! I am 27 and live in Casa Grande, Arizona with my fiance and all of our 4 legged kids! We are both Arizona born and raised. I have been around horses my whole life but didn’t start riding regularly and competing until I was 13 and started going to local gymkhana clubs! Now, I primarily own and train my own futurity horses and have found a love for that! On top of my own, I have been able to keep my 2 extra stalls full with outside horses for almost 2 years straight now. While I wait for my next up and comers, my main horse “Nala” is showing a love for the rodeo scene after a very successful futurity year- so my goal this year is to buy and hopefully fill my permit!

I have always loved the concept of Bar-O-A-Bit and know with having a constant rotation of training horses (on top of my own herd), how helpful having access to all these different tools are!

Introducing our Sponsored Rider: Brooke Klinger

I’m Brooke Klinger, originally from New Jersey and now based in Texas. I started riding at 4 years old and began barrel racing at 12. My main mount is Charlie “French N Memories,” a 2015 gelding by BHR Frenchies Socks out of a Leaving Memories mare. I currently own four horses, but Charlie is my main mount.

Outside of competing, I own and operate BN Equine, where I work with horses through equine therapy, training and sales of quality performance horses, and branding and marketing. Horses have always been a huge part of my life, and I’m fortunate to be able to build my career around them.

I’m thankful for the opportunity to team up with Bar O aBit!

Mojo Long 7" Shank - 5" Large Hexagon w/ Cricket

Thanks to Jolene and Molli Montgomery for encouraging us to build a bit that’s great for young horses who are ready for the next step.

This bit helps young horses to learn to carry the bridle and accept pressure with ease. It will also allow you to have that quick action with a moderate amount of whoa without a horse getting resentful.

Price Per Week To Rent : $35

Buy: $200
