For our customers who may be quarantined due to COVID-19 exposure, your animals still need to eat. We have set-up a completely touchless dockside procedure that can help you out. We had the first iteration this past Sunday and it worked flawlessly. For the foreseeable future I will be available at the store Sunday mornings from 9:00 am till about 2:00 pm. The procedure to be followed will require you to call the store (706-269-9043), place your order and pay over the phone with a credit card or debit card. We will work out a time for your arrival at the dock. Your order will be available on the dock when you arrive and the dock doors will remain closed. You will be responsible for loading your own order. If we strictly follow this procedure your animals can still be well fed while you are under quarantine. The Sunday dockside service will be by appointment only. Please call no later than 4:00 pm Saturday for an appointment the following day. Thank you and please be safe.

I got some unexpected help with a customer delivery yesterday. Every time I turned my back with a bag of feed, by the time I turned back around he was in the truck. Actually I guess they weren't all that helpful but they kept me company the whole time.

We at Family Feed are very sad to report that our goose, which was born only eight weeks ago in our incubator, died Tuesday afternoon. We have no idea why. We will all miss Goose-Goose.
