If you ride with earbuds, keep one ear open so you can stay aware of your surroundings, especially on shared paths and streets.

It's one of those small habits that makes a big difference in safety.

Also worth knowing: proper saddle height is one of the most overlooked setup details for casual riders, and getting it right can completely change how comfortable your rides feel. 🫡

Pretty cool that our own Paul Tobio was in Bentonville, AR for the National Bicycle Dealers Associations Retailer Summit. He presented to a number of bicycle retailers and suppliers and took part in bettering the industry for all.
