What’s every one up to on this beautiful fall Sunday?

I’m playing with beads. Sorting thru my completed bracelets, my several “in process” projects, and looking at some new cabochons for some inspiration on up and coming projects.

Sometimes it is just fun to look at wonder what you can come up with next.

I truly hope to get a lot completed during my upcoming staycation….

Update! She loved it. She cried, she made me cry. Tried to give me payment, I refused and made her write the check out to a local rescue. 🐾🐾🐾

I finally finished it. My one and only real fur bear out of a fur coat. Not my best work. Hope the new owner likes it. She will get it this afternoon! I’m very nervous about it. My utmost respect goes out to the teddy bear artists that use real fur hides for their bears!!

Backstory: A local attorney did some work for us and wouldn’t let us pay her. While talking, conversation went to crafts and then me telling her I make bears. One thing led to another and I offered to make a memory bear from her mothers fur coat.

I sure hope she likes it, a lot of blood, sweat, and tears went into making it. Literally! 🤣

All the bears are on the website and ready to go for the bear show. Truly not as many finished as I would have liked, but it is what it is. Show opens early Friday morning (2am EST) but technically May 20th, 4pm Sydney Australia time. I had to get used to that!
