Chocolate + fruit = heaven!
Join us on August 22nd at historic Scott Farm Orchard for a chocolate and fruit workshop. We will work from a basic chocolate fondue récipé to create three different itérations that pair with fruits fresh from their orchard. This will be a fun, informative and delicious time! Dairy royalty visited us yesterday! We use Miller Farm’s luscious organic heavy cream in our bonbons, truffles, chocolate charcuterie and chocolate mousse recipes. It is absolutely delicious, so fresh, thick and creamy and lush with butterfat. The cows are on pasture during the summertime and you can taste the sunshine and green. Local, fresh, pure goodness!

How do you bouchon? Fudgy French brownie “corks” from Butter Street to enjoy with coffee or tea, with a scoop of ice cream or gelato, with a bit of spice shaken on top, or straight up. Bonus: they’re made with our amazing chocolate. We’ve got ‘em in the shop Tuesday-Saturday 🤎 Yum!

Busy summer in the shop! The flavors and scents that are bringing folks in are traveling far and wide, who doesn’t want to bring a bit of Vermont’s sweetness home with them? Chocolate truffles and bars, maple syrup, locally baked pastries, iced chocolate drinks, forest scented candles, and our ever popular chocolate seconds. We’re here Tuesday through Saturday 11-5 🤎
