-Wisdom of the Amish - Aging has only 120 pieces and is available in Medium and XL sizes. But my sister says it’s one of the most challenging puzzles she’s done (and she’s done all of mine). It’s ScrollSaw-Style, so it’s like the puzzles my grandfather used to make.I don’t think it’s any easier in XL than Medium size, except that it is fun for a group in XL size.
It’s Pennsylvania Dutch and says, “Ve get too soon oldt, und too late schmart”. Here it is in aromatic cedar which I offer so young puzzlers will remember the older puzzlers they’ve done puzzles with long after the old puzzlers have departed…. Whenever I smell the puzzles my grandfather made, it immediately evokes a strong memory with him, and I’m trying to share that cherished experience with others. I refer to my large cedar puzzles as my “Grandparents’ Line.” With fair notice I can make any of my puzzles in cedar.

-The Wisdom of Ben Franklin -Living is another of my favorites, and so there are multiple versions of this as well. It says, “Wish not so much to live long as to live well. - Ben Franklin”
Medium-sized is TweakedTab style have 89 pieces. This is also available in XL size as a Senior Edition.
It is also available in ScrollSaw-style as a 164-piece very fun puzzle with some random whimsyesque pieces. XL only. Here is the 164-piece version in walnut

-Helix’s Happiness is an “Extreme Tweaked Tab” design that took a LONG time to design, but it’s got “Whimsy” pieces and other details that make it entertaining to assemble. It’s an XXL size (about 12” x 22”). It says “Happiness is Homemade” with a pie, some jarred preserves, and a sweater pictured.
251 pieces - great puzzle. Here it is in cherry.

-Cozy Homespun Poetry is one of my favorite puzzles. It’s a “Tweaked Tab” style, which means it’s mostly 4-sided pieces like a traditional cardboard puzzle, but I’ve altered every connection to make it more interesting. It has 238 pieces and says, “The burning log brings back the glow of summer suns of long ago.” XL (about 11.5” x 19”) only. Here it is in walnut.

Hey Everybody! My first Craft Show of 2026 is this weekend at Lake Winnipesaukee, and the weather forecast is PERFECT! I haven't been making as many puzzles as I'd like, but I've been making improvements to my booth. It's still quite a ways from my finished vision, but it'll set up at the Lakes Region Spring Craft Fair in Tilton, NH on Saturday from 10 to 5 and Sunday from 10 to 4. Drop by!
