Meet Luis and Francisca, healthcare professionals living in beautiful California.

Within the last few years, this couple moved to Riverside County from a different part of the state, looking for a fresh start. Not only did they find work, but they were also able to save and started to envision having a home of their own.

Before reaching out to us, they had spoken to several agents, but really weren’t getting a lot of their questions answered well enough to feel comfortable with making such a big decision.

Chris Diaz of the CARE Advisory Network sat down and talked with Jessica & Pattie about their experience qualifying for the CARE Home Program.

They had been living in an apartment for over 5 years and making a good living, but were ready for that next phase in life.

They wanted to buy a house, but thought that would be years away because they believed they needed to save tens of thousands of dollars to purchase a home. They didn’t believe home buying was an option for them, in the near term.

Pattie was much more skeptical than Jessica, at first, and it took a couple of conversations to show her that CARE Advisory Network is indeed trustworthy and the real deal. Once they started looking at homes, they realized that they were in great hands. Our first conversation was at the beginning of May and they were homeowners by the end of July.

In LA, it will take the average person 43 years to save 20% for a down payment. That's a long time! We have programs which will help you get into a home much quicker than that...
