This one starts at the farmers market with our chefs, Courtland and Adam. Lemon plums and red Bing cherries from Forte Fruits in Palisade. Micro basil from Micro Green Creations in Buena Vista. Finished with goat cheese and grilled bread. That’s bruschetta at Tin Plate. Introducing this creation tomorrow, so swing by soon!
